So You Think You'd Survive
During Power Failure
Earlier this May, the Eaton Partners Boot Camp hosted close to 70 project and sales managers from across 36 companies.

The two-day event started with a tour on the 29,000 square meter, Batangas plant facility. Delegates had first-hand experience in witnessing Eaton’s stringent manufacturing & testing process, one that that ensures our solutions are safe, reliable and efficient when it reaches our customers. These solutions then enable our customers to achieve lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and maximum availability for their mission critical facilities & applications.

During the dialogue session, Eaton executives and the delegates delved into the challenges and opportunities present in today’s terrain of power management solutions in relation to the IT industry on a whole.

Throughout the discussion, there was a continued emphasis on a clean, energy efficient, future-ready power management solution that safeguarded mission critical facilities and applications. One of the key challenges that arose included having to do more with less due to limited CAPEX.

As such, customers across the various industries are continuously on the lookout for maximum energy efficient power management solution that offers the lowest TCO.

Earlier in June, Eaton announced the launch of the latest suite of solutions for the Philippines market. These included the Micro Data Centre, an easy-to-configure solution for IT equipment storage in ‘Edge-of-Cloud’ applications; 93E XL UPS that offers a unique blend of energy, space and installation savings; and the versatile FlexPDU range and easy-to-configure RE enclosure series.

These solutions allow IT managers to reduce their total cost of ownership by reducing installation costs and deployment time while maximizing availability by utilizing pre-configured and integrated solutions. Through these solutions, Eaton remains dedicated to the investment of energy and  cost efficient solutions for the market.

Ms Lizette Galvez, Eaton Power Quality Manager added, “We are pleased to receive favorable feedback from our participants. This boot camp brought together our partners across the entire Eaton organization and it was a time where we could come together to learn and share experience. Through this, I believe that we will emerge as a stronger Eaton community, one that would consistently provide value to our customers”.
